Russian President Vladimir Putin sent a condolence telegram to RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. In particular, the President of the Russian Federation expressed his support and grief to the victims' relatives and the injured due to the explosion and fire in the "Surmalu" shopping center.
"Please convey words of sincere sympathy and support to the families of the victims, as well as wishes for a speedy recovery to all the victims," the condolence telegram said.
