Special Envoy of Turkey, Serdar Kilic, expressed his condolences to Armenia

Special envoy of Turkey, representative of the Turkish side in the Armenian-Turkish negotiations, Serdar Kılıç, expressed his condolences to Armenia concerning the explosion in the Surmalu shopping center on his Twitter microblog.

"I am deeply shocked by the news about the powerful explosion in the center of Yerevan, in the open-air shopping center. I want to express my sincere condolences to the victims' families and wish a speedy recovery to all those who were injured as a result of this tragedy," Kilic wrote.
