The Turkish "Hurriyet" daily referred to the process of the settlement of Armenian-Turkish relations. According to the news agency, during the process of normalization of relations between Turkey and Armenia, Ambassador Serdar Kilic and Armenian representative Ruben Rubinyan met 4 times face to face and talked 500 times by phone.
After the meeting of special representatives Serdar Kilic and Ruben Rubinyan in Vienna in July, an agreement was reached on direct air cargo transportation between the two countries and opening the borders for citizens of third countries. In this context, it is planned that the technical commissions from the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, Transport, and Trade will discuss the steps to be taken, and a road map will be drawn up. The place of the next meeting between Kilic and Rubinyan is set for September, although it has not yet been specified.
Kilic and Rubinyan met face to face once in Moscow and three times in Vienna. According to "Hurriyet", there is a special "chemistry" between the two representatives, the approaches coincide and they established a sincere and friendly dialogue between them. According to the newspaper, Rubinyan called Kılıç by phone and greeted him in Turkish.
