The supply of UAVs increases Russia's dependence on Iran

The American Institute for the Study of War (ISW) writes that Iran's alleged supply of drones and ballistic missiles to Russia will likely increase Moscow's dependence on Tehran.

The experts studied the reports of the central intelligence department of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, which claim that Iran intends to send more than 200 combat drones to Russia. Also, they analyzed the statements of CNN interviewees about Tehran's plans to send a thousand ballistic missiles.

ISW analysts said, "Moscow is likely to have negotiated additional supplies of Iranian weapons systems due to the depletion of Russian stockpiles of cruise missiles and drones during the war."
