The Security Council of Ukraine considers it impossible to negotiate with Vladimir Putin.

Vlodomir Zelensky confirmed the decision of the State Council of National Security of Ukraine on the impossibility of holding negotiations with Vladimir Putin. It happened in response to Russia's actions to annex the territories of Ukraine.

At the very beginning of the war, Zelensky called Putin to meet him personally. However, last week, when the results of the so-called "referendums" were calculated in the occupied territories, Zelensky announced that he did not intend to negotiate with Putin.

"It is obvious that this is not possible with this Russian president. He does not know what dignity and honesty are. We are ready for a dialogue with Russia, but already with the next president of Russia," Zelensky stated.
