Addressing the participants of the General Assembly session of the Organization of American States in Lima, President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated, "Russia has sent troops to turn Ukraine into its colony as it was earlier. But millions of Ukrainians defended their state and will not allow Russia to return to that old, unfair time."
