The Boxing Federation of Armenia reports that Armenia will return from the Strandja tournament in Bulgaria with 4 medals.
Artur Bazeyan (57 kg) and Hambardzum Hakobyan (80 kg) won the quarter-finals and reached the semifinals. Bazeyan, a student of the Vladimir Yengibaryan sports school, defeated the Indian Muhammad Husam Udi, and Hakobyan, representing the Shirak region, celebrated a voluntary victory over the representative of China.
Gurgen Madoyan and Davit Chaloyan are also in the semi-finals. The semi-finals will be held on February 25.
