Radar Interview

"Putin should push Aliyev to aggression towards Armenia." Hovsep Khurshudyan (VIDEO)

The guest of Radar Armenia's "Radar Chat" program is Hovsep Khurshudyan, the chairman of the "Free Citizen" NGO.

He referred to yesterday's Putin-Aliev and Putin-Erdogan meetings and discussed the signing of the peace treaty and the EU membership referendum.

According to Hovsep Khurshudyan, Putin wants to push Aliyev to aggression towards Armenia. "Russia does not conduct its policy towards Armenia based on emotions and decided a long time ago that the statehood of Armenia should be abolished. If Russia has the opportunity, it will not wait whether we have held a referendum."

According to him, Armenia has fallen ahead of Georgia in matters of democracy.

"Blinken calls Aliyev, O'Brien goes. The USA is pressuring Baku now.

It depends on whether Azerbaijan is ready to concede or not.

There is a possibility of signing a peace agreement before COP29, but it is not excluded that Aliyev will also cheat this time."
