Jurist Artashes Khalatyan is the guest of the "Radar Chat" program at the Radar Armenia booth.
He referred to the situation in Artsakh, talked about solutions, the Stepanakert-Baku dialogue, the new "Lavrov" plan, and the West's initiative and regional interests.
According to him, Artsakh should switch to an emergency mode of operations. Still, at the same time, he notes that the issue can be resolved only through negotiations between Artsakh and Azerbaijan. "The president of Azerbaijan goes to the risk and puts all the pieces on one suit."
According to Khalatyan, it is necessary to stop sparing the Russian peacekeepers somewhere and provoke the Azerbaijani authorities in a good way.
"Whether we like it or not, we will fight our last fight. Azerbaijan is going in that direction. Russia is the first opponent of maintaining the current status quo of Artsakh," says lawyer Artashes Khalatyan.
