Hraparak newspaper writes: "Today, at noon, a big rally is expected in Stepanakert's Revival Square, the organizers of which are the initiators of the "No Artsakh ethnic cleansing" movement, which has been collecting signatures in Artsakh since last week.
The rally in Artsakh will be with the demand to stop the ethnic cleansing of Armenians by Azerbaijan, the genocidal policy, and to fulfill the tripartite declaration of November 9, 2020.
There will be speeches dedicated to the May victory at the rally. According to some information, high-ranking officials of the government, led by Araik Harutyunyan, will also participate."
