"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "The longer the blockade, the greater the appetite of Russian peacekeepers to make money at the expense of the besieged Artsakh citizens. We learn from our sources in Artsakh that peacekeepers charge about 10,000 dollars or 4 million drams instead of the previous 1,000-2,000 dollars for each large truckload of food or other goods to Artsakh.
And recently, they even violated the agreements with the government of the Republic of Artsakh; they have a deal to transport 10 vehicles, but the government gets 8, and two, it turns out, are the private businesses of peacekeepers that they bring in profit from."
