"Zhoghovurd" daily writes: "Toivo Klaar, the EU special representative for the crisis in the South Caucasus and Georgia, will come to Armenia today.
According to our information, he will meet with the top leadership of RA. It should be noted that the last time Toivo Klaar came to Armenia was a month ago, on January 23. He made a note at that time and said: "After one-day meetings, return to Yerevan. The situation around the Lachin Corridor is serious and urgent solutions must be found."
"Zhoghovurd" daily learned that one of the goals of the visit to Armenia this time is also (besides discussing the situation around Lachin) issues related to the EU mission. As is known, on February 21, the EU officially announced the start of the civilian observation mission in Armenia. The headquarters of the task is in Yeghegnadzor. The EU observation mission consists of 100 observers.
