"Hraparak" newspaper writes: "The other day, it became known that on the evening of August 21, the second president of RA, Robert Kocharyan, left for abroad. The president's office explained that they received permission to go overseas from the court, and the court allowed them to be absent from Armenia from August 22-29.
We have learned for what purpose and where the second president went. He went to Germany for a medical examination. In recent years, as is known, he was deprived of the opportunity to travel abroad; at most, he was allowed to go to Moscow to participate in the meetings of "Sistema."
