Artsakh announced mourning on August 17-18 in memory of those who died due to the Surmalu explosion.
The heads of all state departments and local self-government bodies of the Republic of Artsakh were instructed to lower the state flag of the Republic of Artsakh on the day of mourning in the Republic's representatives' buildings of Artsakh and foreign countries.

There are currently no flammable materials inside the building. The extinguishing was already there; there was no sign of fire during the day and windy hours.
There are several programs to support the residents of Aghavno and Berdzor
A support program of 100,000 AMD is being implemented by the Government of Artsakh for the relocation of graves from displaced areas.

On August 17-18, mourning will be declared in Armenia
Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan signed a decision according to which mourning will be announced in Armenia on August 17-18 inclusive.
