15 medical patients were transferred from Artsakh to Armenia
Due to Azerbaijan's closure of the only road connecting Artsakh and Armenia, 15 people from the "Republican Medical Center" CJSC of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Artsakh were transferred to the Republic of Armenia's specialized medical centers with the mediation and accompaniment of the International Committee of the Red Cross.
