The Committee of Ministers of the CE and the PACE will hold a joint session dedicated to Nagorno-Karabakh
On October 10, the joint session of the Committee of Ministers of the Council of Europe and the Parliamentary Assembly (Joint Committee) dedicated to the latest developments around Nagorno-Karabakh will take place.
