The President of Artsakh has sent an alert-appeal to the actors of the international community in order to prevent an imminent security and humanitarian disaster in Artsakh.
Artsakh Republic President Arayik Harutyunyan sent letters to the heads of all UN Security Council member countries, the UN Secretary-General, the OSCE Chairman-in-Office, the President of the European Council, the Secretary General of the Council of Europe, as well as the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, demanding urgent measures within the framework of the international obligations undertaken. And practical steps to stop the illegal and complete blockade of Artsakh carried out by Azerbaijan and the systematic mass crimes and terrorism against the people of Artsakh.

The OSCE PA called on Azerbaijan to withdraw its armed forces from the sovereign territory of Armenia
During the summer session, the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly accepted the proposals of the members of the Armenian delegation and called on Azerbaijan to withdraw its troops from the sovereign territory of Armenia to open the Lachin Corridor. Sargis Khandanyan, head of the Armenian delegation to the OSCE PA, announced.
