The RA Ministry of Defense reports that on February 13, the Armenian side suffered 4 casualties and 1 wounded as a result of the fire of the Azerbaijani army in the direction of the Armenian positions located in the Inner Hand sector (the condition is assessed as moderate, and as of now there is no threat to life).
