The Ministry of Defense of Ukraine will introduce NATO principles into the personnel management system

The ministry's press service reported on Monday that the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine intends to change the regulations of the service, which will be based on the principles of personnel management in NATO countries.
In particular, military personnel will be assigned to staff categories corresponding to their actual military ranks. In addition, minimum and maximum service periods will remain at the military level. Among other changes, it is noted that the appointment to the highest positions will be based on the rating principle. Rotation of military personnel will be introduced to gain the necessary experience, and military personnel who have been rejected twice will be offered a promotion.
