In her annual political speech on Wednesday, the head of the executive power of the 27-nation bloc announced; "The European Union is not complete without Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, and the Western Balkan countries,"
"You are a part of our family, the future of our Union," European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen said to the EU's eastern neighbors, adding: "Our union is not complete without you."
