Swedish Foreign Minister Anne Linde wrote on her Twitter microblog; "We are receiving worrying information about the aggravation of the situation along the border between Azerbaijan and Armenia. All hostilities must be stopped immediately, and civilians must be protected. Dialogue is the only way to sustainable peace,".
