Yerevan “Ambulance” CJSC has been replenished with 7 new, modern, and fully equipped “Mercedes-Benz” ambulances. Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan announced the news and published a video.
“The new vehicles are equipped with modern medical equipment and enable the ambulance staff to respond to emergencies more quickly and effectively.
The organization acquired the vehicles at its own expense, drawing on its financial savings over 2.5 years.
To deliver fast, high-quality services to our customers, we have implemented several reforms at “Ambulance” CJSC.
As a result of the acquired communication facilities, 100% of calls to the 1-03 phone number are answered, ensuring no delayed or unanswered calls.
Emergency and non-urgent medical call sheets are also filled out electronically through the new mobile application, which significantly simplifies the work.”
