The Yerevan Construction Investment PIU concludes 2025 by preparing and implementing significant urban development and infrastructure investment programs totaling about USD 1 billion. The Yerevan Municipality reports this.

The 2nd Yerevan Energy Efficiency Program has been launched, and design, technical supervision, and construction tenders for 26 public buildings have been held.
⁠The work to introduce energy-saving solutions in 47 public buildings has been launched and is almost complete.

The construction of the Albert Azaryan Olympic Sports School has begun.

⁠The tender processes and alienation works for the Isakov-Arshakunyats road junction project have been implemented.

The competition for the sketch and design works of the Dalma Urban Forest and Komitas Park has been announced.

The design work for the new metro station in Ajapnyak is complete, and preparatory work for the construction tenders has begun.

The feasibility study and preparation of tender documents for the mobility program of up to 250 electric buses have begun.

Consulting tenders for the project to close existing municipal landfills and build a new sanitary landfill have been issued.
