Construction work on a shelter for homeless dogs will begin in Yerevan next year. Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan announced this.
“The shelter will be designed for about 300 homeless dogs and, in addition to cages, will also have separate outdoor areas. An environment will be created where the animals feel safe and secure.
The shelter project was developed as a result of studying international successful practices,” the mayor wrote, posting a video.
