Yerevan has initiated the construction process of a garbage recycling plant

Yerevan First Deputy Mayor Armen Pambukhchyan, who is in the Latvian capital on a working visit, accompanied by Riga Deputy Mayor Edwards Ratnieks and Honorary Consul of the Republic of Latvia to the Republic of Armenia Armen Ghasaboghlyan, visited the Riga Waste Recycling Plant and got acquainted with the process implemented using new technologies.
The responsible persons noted that the plant is carrying out waste sorting, recycling, and reuse works. Emphasizing the experience of the partner city, Armen Pambukhchyan said that Yerevan has also initiated the process of building a waste-recycling plant, and any successful example can be helpful.
