“The Yerevan Youth Orchestra is one of the key initiatives of our cultural life, which was founded by the Yerevan Municipality and always enjoys its full support.
Maestro Eduard Topchyan played a pivotal role in the orchestra's founding and formation. Today, the orchestra continues to develop and present Yerevan’s cultural values on international stages.
Under the leadership of Maestro Sergey Smbatyan, the orchestra successfully represented Armenia and Yerevan at the Berlin “Konzerthaus” concert hall within the framework of the “Young European Classics” festival. Today, our gifted young musicians performed in Tbilisi with a festive concert dedicated to Armenia’s independence anniversary.
These young musicians are Yerevan’s cultural presence on world stages.”
