On June 6-13, the Yerevan International Ballet Festival was held at the initiative of the Mayor of Yerevan. During this festival, the Armenian audience had the opportunity to enjoy famous ballet performances with the participation of leading artists from the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow, the Mariinsky Theater in Saint Petersburg, and the A. Spendiaryan Opera and Ballet Theater.
About 100,000 spectators enjoyed the Yerevan evenings filled with high art under the open sky for five days.
