Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan announced during the preliminary discussion of the 2025 state budget that Yerevan's revenues have significantly increased compared to 2024 and 2023.
"Yerevan Municipality collected more than 61 billion drams in revenue in 2024, compared to 39 billion drams in 2023. In addition, we have also tried to expand the volume of the programs," he said.
According to the mayor, in recent years, the municipality has started implementing unprecedented infrastructural projects.

Yerevan Municipality invested a certain budget with its revenues, spending approximately 1.5-1.8 billion drams for the year. We are summarizing these works this year," said Tigran Avinyan, adding that with the municipality's funds and the government's support, they carried out average repair works of 52 km of the road.
