The Yerevan Council of Elders conferred the title of Honorary Citizen of Yerevan on the famous stage director, People's Artist of RA Armen Khandikyan.
The project was approved with 55 votes in favor, 0 against, and 3 abstentions.
Those present congratulated Armen Khandikyan with applause.
