Yerevan

Famous cultural figures will be awarded the title of honorary citizen of Yerevan.

Director and People's Artist of Armenia Armen Khandikyan, opera singer Barsegh Tumanyan, sculptor and painter Levon Tokmajyan, and poet and doctor-professor Henrik Edoyan will be awarded the title of honorary citizen of Yerevan.

The draft of the decision is included in tomorrow's meeting of the Yerevan Council of Elders. For their contribution on the occasion of Yerevan's 2806th anniversary, they will be awarded the title of honorary citizen of the capital.
