There will be many events in Yerevan today, said Mayor Tigran Avinyan.
"I want to congratulate all of us, the people of Yerevan, the Armenian people in general, on the birth of the city of Yerevan. Yerevan is turning 2806 years old, and we will have many events: sports events in Sakharov Square, we will have a variety stage in Charles Aznavour Square, a wine festival in Northern Avenue, we will have a jazz stage in Cascade with exciting performances, we will have a rock band in Diana Abgari Park, beer festival, and all this will be concluded in Republic Square at 21:00, with a gala concert," he said.
