This important day for the Republic of Armenia reminds us all about our rights and responsibilities. At the same time, it reminds about the new realities and how to respond appropriately in that situation, to protect human and citizen's rights to the maximum extent.

The Constitution as the Mother Law should best express the aspirations and needs of our people, ensuring a better future for our children."
