RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted that the acting commander of the RA border guard troops sent a letter of thanks, informing them that they will perform the service independently from August 1.
"The acting commander of the border guard troops appealed to the head of the border guard troops of the Russian Federation. He wrote a letter and expressed his thanks. it is first of all a letter of thanks, in which he informed that from August 1 we will implement the service independently," he said.
