Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan wrote on his Facebook page. "On November 27, 2023, we signed the "Yerevan Urban Development Investment Program" loan agreement with the Asian Development Bank, within which the planned works include:
Construction of the necessary wings of the existing road junction on Isakov Avenue, which will provide access to the Noragigh district,
Construction of a 269-meter-long reinforced concrete bicycle bridge over the Hrazdan River.
Construction of a road junction with a tunnel crossing and a roundabout on Arshakunyats Avenue,
About 250 ha of Dalma Project is a large urban forest park.
