Yerevan Mayor's press spokesman Hayk Kostanyan informs that the briefing of the newly elected Mayor Tigran Avinyan will take place at noon.
"Dear colleagues, I inform you that after the inauguration ceremony of the newly elected mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan's briefing will take place at noon," Hayk Kostanyan said in a post on his Facebook page.
