The special session of the council has started in Yerevan City Hall, in which the President of the Republic, Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, members of the government, and public and political figures are participating.
The swearing-in ceremony of the newly elected Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, will take place during the special session of the Yerevan Council of Elders.
