"I have seen Tigran Avinyan's work and support him." RA Prime Minister

We decided that our candidate was Tigran Avinyan, and from then on, we supported him. I voted for his candidacy. RA Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced this on Channel One, referring to the upcoming elections of the Yerevan Council of Elders.

"I have seen his work as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, and I am sure that he can logically conclude the programs that the CP offers to the residents of Yerevan," Nikol Pashinyan declared.

When asked whether he did not make an official statement about it, the Prime Minister said that, unfortunately, the security environment and the agenda take a lot of time.

"Now I call on you to vote for Tigran Avinyan, ballot number 2. Shortly, we plan to hold a march in the capital, in which we will participate with the entire political team. The march will take place on September 15, starting from Erebuni Museum Square and going to Yerevan City Hall, where we will have a final rally," the Prime Minister said.

Pashinyan also stated that the KP cannot use administrative resources or have such practices because they contradict the essence and value system of the KP.

"I, as the chairman of the party department, can say that any such case, which will be justified as such, will have an evaluation defined by the law," he said.
