A trilingual system will soon be implemented in the call service and support department of the Yerevan Municipality to serve foreign citizens as well. This was announced at today's procedural meeting of the municipality.

After the test, a dedicated mobile application will also be launched to guide the rapid response task forces.

The Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, also mentioned that the municipality should consider serving the citizens of Yerevan as its primary function. "When the citizens of Yerevan apply to the municipality, they should be properly served, that service should be proper and within the deadline." He emphasized maintaining that pace.
