Artsakh President Arayik Harutyunyan referred to German Chancellor Olaf Scholz's statement that the conflict should be settled peacefully, based on the principles of territorial integrity and the equal rights of the people of Nagorno-Karabakh to self-determination.
Harutyunyan welcomed Sholtz's statement on his Twitter microblog, "The settlement of the conflict is not possible without taking into account the fundamental and collective rights of our people," he said.
