According to him, this quarter, 273 elevators of apartment buildings in different administrative districts have already been replaced. In 2023, it is planned to replace another 700 elevators, “At first glance, many problems of our citizens, especially those living in multi-apartment buildings, are in the domain of the citizens or condominiums. However, our approach is that the municipality is a structure that works for the benefit of the citizens of Yerevan and cannot remain aloof from the citizen's problems."
