New digital tools will be introduced in children and social protection
On the initiative of the Yerevan Municipality, a workshop of children and social protection specialists was organized by the "Data for impact (D4I)" program of the US Agency for International Development. The goal is to develop the skills of studying the sources of obtaining information about the social condition of the population, developing and using the electronic platform.
During the meeting, questionnaires were presented to the sector employees, data processing problems were raised, discussions were organized, and new proposals were submitted.
The D4I program also presented the project of a new tool for collecting and summarizing data developed jointly with the Department of Children and Social Protection of Yerevan Municipality.
Emphasizing improving the quality of services provided to citizens, the community will continue the process of training sector specialists with partner structures.
