A bust of the three-time champion of the Olympic Games was unveiled in the courtyard of the sports school named after Albert Azaryan

A bust of the three-time champion of the Olympic Games, a famous gymnast, was unveiled in the yard of the Albert Azaryan Olympic Shift Children's Sports School. The project was implemented with the support of Yerevan Municipality and the President of the National Olympic Committee of Armenia. The author of Azaryan's statue is sculptor Gerasim Shahverdyan.
Albert Azaryan, KGS Minister Vahram Dumanyan, Yerevan Deputy Mayor Gevorg Simonyan, President of the National Olympic Committee Gagik Tsarukyan, NA deputies, representatives of the municipality, representatives of the sports world, and school students were present at the ceremonial opening.
