The Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Tigran Avinyan, addressed the criticisms of running an election campaign: "I am the Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, who coordinates and supervises the work of administrative districts and their leaders. The vice mayors of Yerevan did not have such a coordination function before, that is the reason why I conduct tours with the heads of administrative districts, and I think it is very logical that to carry out this work, you need to get to know the problems on the exact spot because the different quality and you get a different kind of information."
Tigran Avinyan also reminded that during the days of the coronavirus epidemic, being on duty, he was in daily contact with the citizens.
