The park, named after Minas Avetisyan of Yerevan, occupying an area of ​​about 7200 square meters, will be completely renovated. Comfortable conditions will be created for the residents' complete recreation. As part of the working visit to the Kanaker-Zeytun administrative district, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan Tigran Avinyan got acquainted with the recreation zone project. Modernization of the park's irrigation system will start this year. The green belt will be added within the scope of the project. Deputy Mayor Avinyan instructed to organize the process so that there are clear responsible persons for care after the park's operation. Benches, trash cans, chat booths, sports equipment, and children's games will be installed in the park, and the external lighting network will be modernized.

Residents personally present the problems of the administrative district to the deputy mayor. Tigran Avinyan emphasizes that the purpose of the visits is to collect issues on the spot so that later they become programs according to priority.

The section adjacent to the intersection of Paruyr Sevak and Droi streets is neglected today. The Holy Etchmiadzin Mother See is planning to build a church in the area according to the project made at the time. Taking into account the observation of the residents, it was assigned to improve the adjacent sections according to the community plan and to form a recreation area before the implementation of the project. In Kanaker-Zeytun, the nine-yard area will also become well-maintained and comfortable this year.
