Yerevan Deputy Mayor Tigran Avinyan wrote on his Facebook page:
"Yerevan is Forsh's song, which depicts our city, and the town automatically begins to resemble his songs.
On October 10, a concert evening entitled "Yerevan sings for Forsh" was held, dedicated to the 55th anniversary of singer Forsh.
The event took place during the Erebuni-Yerevan celebrations. The harmony of the dates is evidence of Forsh being an essential part of Yerevan.
Let the organized event be the gratitude of the people of Yerevan for the memories, emotions, and cherished love for Yerevan."
