The problem of buildings of the 4th degree of emergency will be moved to the implementation stage
Yerevan Municipality informs that the issue of the 4th class emergency buildings in the capital will be moved from discussions to the implementation stage.
Tigran Avinyan, Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, starts his working visits to administrative districts from emergency buildings. The priority is the safety of residents.
Within the framework of the visit, Tigran Avinyan talked with the residents of emergency buildings. In a briefing with journalists, he said: "Actually, in the Ajapniak administrative district, we have many buildings that have reached such a level that it is not safe for residents to live there. Discussions have been going on for quite a long time, but we have not yet reached an implementation solution. From this point on, we have to reach more implementation solutions."
He says, "At the moment, there is a developer ready to take on a certain burden. Since there is urgency, we go with this solution option. And we will have a big project in terms of general buildings."
