Yerevan Council of Elders 2023 In the elections, the list of the "Lusavor Hayasdan” party, will be headed by Davit Khazhakyan, a member of the "Luys" faction of the Yerevan Council of Elders. Davit Khazhakyan informed about this in a conversation with journalists.
