After the night of shelling in the capital, in addition to emergency power outages, another 173,000 subscribers lost electricity. Local authorities also reported water supply disruptions on the left bank.
According to Kovalenko, power workers are working to restore the power supply, despite the frost.
“When you have light, do not immediately plug in all electrical appliances, as this can lead to an accident, the repair of which will take significantly more time,” he urged.
