US President Donald Trump has invited Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the Peace Council on Gaza. This information was confirmed by the press secretary of the Kazakh president to Tengrinews.
“Yes, President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev was one of the first world leaders to receive an official invitation to join the Peace Council, and Kazakhstan became a founding member. In response, the head of state sent a letter to the US president expressing sincere gratitude and confirming his agreement to join this new organization,” said press secretary Ruslan Zheldibay.
