We can solve problems with Iran diplomatically. Witkoff

US President Donald Trump's Middle East envoy Steve Witkoff said that Trump's direct intervention in Iran has prevented mass executions being planned.

According to the envoy, Iran, which is in a deep economic crisis, can avoid serious consequences if it finds a diplomatic solution to the problems of nuclear enrichment, missile program and proxy groups.

"If Iran wants to return to the international community, we can solve these problems diplomatically, and that would be a great solution, and the alternative would be bad," he said.

Asked whether he believes there will be any military action against Iran, Witkoff replied that a diplomatic solution is the priority.

"I hope there will be a diplomatic solution. There are four issues: stopping uranium enrichment, reducing missile stocks, reducing about 2 tons of enriched nuclear material (3.67–60%), stopping support for regional mediators," he emphasized.
